Above are four Faria & Filhos bottles from Madeira:
Licoraria Ananaz, Aniz, Banana and one unknown.
Each is 6cl 30%. £5 bought these – cheap but then
they are poor labels.

The Whiteways fruit wine set did not sell but are up
for sale again in the current auction.

The Japanese Gin is not
Japanese, it was distilled in
Cambridge, England – which
is where I am as I write this
article. I like this bottle and
obviously others do too as it
sold for £28.

The Dingle Original Pot Still
Gin is a trade sample - £9
seems a little cheap for a sample bottle, especially as gin is all the craze at the
moment. Starting the next page is a gin and a vodka, these are from Scotland.
Unfortunately they have what I hope are temporary labels. Eight Lands Organic Gin
& Vodka are 10cl ea. and were distilled at Glenrinnes Scotch Distillery. £16 the pair.
