pleasant visit,
it was back to
the bus and
to the winding
road. When
crossing a
narrow bridge
over a river, a
thunderous
applause was
given to the
bus driver.
Arriving back
in Toledo we
went to eat at
the restaurant
Alfileritos 24.
This involved the ascent of a very long
mechanical escalator and the inability of
not a few to find the restaurant between
the narrow streets of Toledo. This made
for a not very relaxed meal, which we
followed up with a walking tour through
historic Toledo.
