Finally, I have some pictures of Policemen for you. I expected to find more but could
only find four, one of which was another Rutherford Jug with the only difference
being the top colour. Apart from the wording the first jug, from Lindisfarne, as the
same picture as the second, from Rutherford. Another well known UK souvenir
maker, McLech made the London Policeman skittle. McLech put most of their

transfers on different shapes of bottles, jug, flat barrel, several types of flask etc. so I
would expect to find this on more than the skittle, but so far haven’t. Have you seen
any?

The 2019 AGM will be on the 17th February (not 24 as previously advertised).
There will be a barbecue lunch starting at 12.30 with the AGM about 2.30 @ Colin &
Di Ryder’s, 20 Prospect Terrace, Johnsonville, Wellington.

If you want to stand on the committee, or have a motion to put to the meeting, please
let Colin know before the end of January.

Currently only Wellington meetings are being scheduled, our members elsewhere
are invited to organise a meeting. Let us know where and when prior to the AGM and
we will be happy the publicise it. Also, let us know if you would like to organise the
2020 AGM outside Wellington (Auckland, Christchurch etc.). Again, let us know prior
to the AGM please as we schedule the next AGM at that meeting.
