I have a lot to show you this time, all of them from Whisky Auction, UK but not all are
Scotch or even whiskies as you will see.
The three NZ
Whiskies sold for
only £3 – less than
the Milford would
have sold for new.
I was born in
Lancashire so I am
equally upset at the
very poor price, £2,
that the Red Rose
Lancashire Whisky,
c/w tube, sold for.
Stock Doppio & Wolfschmidt Kummel are 1950s bottles. A
very poor £2.50 bought the pair.
The three
Karlsson's Potato
Vodkas, 2004, 2005
& Gold and all
100ml. £14 seemed
a very reasonable
price – for the buyer
that is.
I have never understood
why but Chartreuse
bottles are an exception
in that they always sell
well but you can’t give
away most liqueurs.
These date from the
1980s and sold for £65
