                             Godet

Cognac house Godet has given us a few great
minis over the years and this is another one. The
company was founded in 1782 and is still family
                             owned. In March 2008 Jean-Jacques Godet (14th
generation) with a crew of 10 landed a small yacht
on Antarctica. This was the smallest boat to have
accomplished this feat. To celebrate this the
                             company produced Antarctica Cognac. Despite
the gimmicks (it is served cold) it is a true Cognac
and aged for at least seven years. The only
change from a normal cognac is the process to
remove the colour. To show they still make traditional coloured cognacs I have
also included a photo of their Selection Special.
